National fraternities and sororities wishing to expand to Rutgers University-Camden are asked to submit the following documents for consideration:
- Letter of intent/interest from the national organization to serve as the official notification to establish a chapter at Rutgers University-Camden.
- Comprehensive plan to establish the chapter including goals, resources needed from the university and prospective dates of reestablishment milestones. (no longer than 5 pages)
- Contact list of alumni and headquarters staff who will serve as chapter support and advisors.
- Current certificate of insurance
Any organization or student seeking to establish a chapter at Rutgers University-Camden must be chartered exclusively at Rutgers University Camden. Additionally, recognized fraternities and sororities must limit membership to currently enrolled Rutgers University-Camden students. Furthermore, the University will not grant recognition to citywide, state or metro operated chapters.
